So Obama had to make a big decision at 3am and Joe Bidden was the man he called or text. On the surface this is an excellent selection a Senior Senator with great foreign policy experience but below the surface the truth reeks.. Hilary Clinton went too far.
In most presidential elections the person with the second highest number of votes gets a great deal of consideration for the V.P. slot but once Hillary dropped out of the race her chances of being on any part of the Democratic ticket went flying out of the window. An Obama Clinton ticket would unify the party and perhaps assure a victory but adding Clinton to the ticket would have also enraged many conservatives who aren't very excited with the John McCain "straight talk express."
Did Hillary talk her way right off the ticket? What a lot of politicians tend to forget is that when the election is over and the fight has been won or lost you must go back to working with or around your rival and if the campaign has gotten personal that can cause a few problems. Hillary Clinton got very personal with her attacks on Barack Obama during the primary and thats what kept her off the ticket not her husband or her "old time politics." So I wish the Obama Bidden ticket the best of luck because they will need it going up against the Clinton lovers and Republican (Nazi) machine.
